đ What You'll Do
As our Dental Patient Phone Services Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our patients and play a critical role in creating a world-class patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Â Answering incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasmÂ
- Â Scheduling and confirming patient appointmentsÂ
- Â Assisting patients with questions and directing them to the appropriate team membersÂ
- Â Following up with prospective and existing patientsÂ
- Â Helping patients feel welcomed, valued, and cared forÂ
- Â Maintaining accurate patient records and communication notesÂ
- Â Supporting practice growth through exceptional customer service and communicationÂ
â What We're Looking For
- Â Previous call center, food service, retail, customer service, patient coordinator, customer facing experience preferred
- Â Outstanding communication skillsÂ
- Â Positive, energetic personalityÂ
- Â Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesÂ
- Â Professional phone presenceÂ
- Â Ability to build rapport and trust quicklyÂ
- Â Self-motivated and goal-orientedÂ
- Â Someone who embraces learning, growth, and continuous improvementÂ
- Â Spanish / English speaking strongly preferred
